Harriet joined the practice in 2017 after completing her MArch at the University of Westminster. There, her final design project explored the affordability crisis in London’s housing market and proposed an alternative vision for development along the River Thames. Throughout her studies Harriet won a number of awards including a Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship and the Brownhill Hayward award for the best integration of Design and Technology. In addition to this, Harriet has a wide range of experience working in practice, with projects varying from restaurant fit-outs to mixed-use and residential masterplans. This has allowed her to gain a good understanding of projects varying in typology and scale. Currently she is working on the designs for the refurbishment and expansion of the foyers in Shaftesbury Theatre, a grade II listed building in London.
Harriet loves to travel and experience different cultures. Recent trips have included visits to India, Brazil and Peru. She also enjoys painting portraits.
