Ian joined Bennetts Associates in 2022 after working for a range of architectural practices in Ireland and Canada. This experience gave him the opportunity to work on a variety of building scales and types. He has developed a particular eye for simple, well-crafted buildings.

Through his studies at University College Dublin and Virginia Tech, Ian developed a passion for 3D fabrication and mass timber building, writing his thesis on CLT building and its application in an Irish context. He hopes to pursue this interest though his professional work at Bennetts Associates and use his experience to add value to his current projects.
