Prior to this, he spent five years working on Jaguar Land Rover’s new Advanced Product Creation Centre in Warwickshire, a campus incorporating a design studio, and amenity spaces, from Stage 1 through to completion. Joe also worked on the redevelopment of the London Fruit and Wool Exchange in Spitalfields, coordinating structural and services information.
He joined Bennetts Associates in 2014 following the completion of his master’s degree at the University of Nottingham. Joe pursued his interest in environmental design at university, taking part in several competitions. He represented the UK at a Passivhaus design competition in Innsbruck and was a key member of a team that constructed and exhibited a modular sustainable home at Ecobuild in London and at the Solar Decathlon competition in Madrid in 2010.
