Head of Business Development Anthi Tzakou joined Archisearch Talks in an episode of their podcast series

In a recent episode of Archisearch Talks organized by Greek architecture media site Archisearch, the series highlights 'Women in Architecture', and invited Bennetts Associates' Head of Business Development, Anthi Tzakou, to talk to the magazine's founder Vassilios Bartzokas.

The successful series of podcasts Archisearch Talks reached No. 4 of the Spotify Charts, highlighting important aspects of modern architecture in Greece. For the year 2021, the United Nations has set the theme "Women in leadership" as a pillar, with the aim of shaping an equal future in the post-covid period. The podcast dives into the topic of 'Women in Architecture' with Anthi talking about her personal experience, our project in Athens and also touches on the discussion of gender equality within the Architecture industry in the UK.

"I personally find myself between the worlds of architecture and business, and I would say we observe more and more women in leadership roles, using their position to speak openly about issues of inequality, disrupt obsolete norms and negative stereotypes, but also transform their companies from the top-down. One of the reasons we're having this podcast series is that examples of female leadership in architecture are few, but fortunately our space is changing, and changing fast. The next generations are very lucky!" - Anthi Tzakou
