Bennetts Associates is delighted to announce the creation of an Employee Ownership Trust.

On 6th September, the founders Rab and Denise Bennetts, plus shareholders Julian Lipscombe and Simon Erridge, transferred all their shareholdings to the Employee Ownership Trust, thereby securing the long-term ownership of the practice.

Day-to-day management of the practice will continue as before but a Trustee Board will oversee the strategic direction of the firm. A range of people from within Bennetts Associates has been selected to sit on the Trustee Board – Directors Denise Bennetts and Simon Erridge, Associate Alison Darvill, Architects Megan Barrett and Ana Abellan, Architectural assistant Kate Coghlan and administrator Yuan-Ying Conway – together with external adviser Ewan Hall.
