Julian Lipscombe to present King's Cross case study at Manchester Offices + Workspace update

Organised by Place North West, the breakfast conference takes place on Thursday 4 October and will look at the latest take-up figures, changes in occupier demand, trends in wellbeing design, and forecasts for the future of the market. The event will also spotlight best practice in office developments, both in Manchester and further afield.
Director Julian Lipscombe will present a case study on regeneration success at King’s Cross in London, set to be home to Google and Facebook's HQs.
The event will run from 8-11 am, at the Museum of Science & Industry in Manchester.
