The NLA announced their shortlisted projects and it is a pleasure to find out that our project for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is among other great architecture projects under the 'Conserving' category.
"This small retrofit and refurbishment project was about reusing an existing hop warehouse and office building located in the heart of London Bridge, and transforming it into the home of the RCOG. Our client’s vision was bold: to create a modern forward-thinking Women’s Health Hub in vibrant central London – to showcase the amazing work being done for women’s health and wellbeing." - Jade Chau, Associate, Bennetts Associates
The New London Awards celebrate the projects that best create a sustainable, civilised and egalitarian city, that seek to improve the quality and standards of new design and respect London’s rich mix of old and new, that support the regeneration of its towns, and that strive to improve the usability of its streets and public spaces. We are delighted to see RCOG has made it to the list.
