The third annual Northern Transport Summit sponsored by Place North West takes place in Manchester on 16 May 2019.
With better transport the linchpin to growth across the Northern Powerhouse, the summit will bring an in-depth view of the opportunities and challenges presented by investment in transport. Policy shapers, operators, and developers will all debate the impact of this influential sector.
Bennetts Associates Director Julian Lipscombe is a member of the panel that will respond to a keynote speech by the Rt Hon Chris Grayling MP, Secretary of State for Transport, at 15:00.
Panel members also include Jessica Bowles, director of strategy, Bruntwood; Mike Horner, regional director, Muse Development; Neil Lees, deputy chairman, Peel Group and Adam Wisher, head of Manchester, LCR - in conversation with the region’s Metro Mayors: Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester and Steve Rotheram, Metro Mayor of the Liverpool City Region.
