RIBA has published their Decade of Action report examining what architects think about sustainable development and ethical practice. The publication examines the findings of a member survey on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and explores examples of how the SDGs are being furthered through education, through projects and through business strategy within the architectural sphere

We are glad to be one of the three architectural practices featured in the RIBA publication 'SDG's in Business'. Associate Ben Hopkins discusses our practice's strategy and work in driving our Sustainable Development Goals through completed projects and ongoing research & development.

"In putting together the sustainability strategy we were keen to focus on the three core parts of our business plan: Business, Design and People. 'Business' relates to our operational impact which is predominantly built around our ambitious science-based climate change targets. 'People' relates to not only our staff's health and wellbeing, but also the wider community of the areas in which we work. 'Design' relates to how we embed sustainability within our designs, which is often related to climate change targets but now frequently includes references to the UN Sustainable Development Goals." - Ben Hopkins, Associate
