Faatimah joined the practice in autumn 2022 after graduating from The Manchester School of Architecture. Her interests lie in creating socially and sustainably driven architecture that challenges users’ interactions with spaces. She is currently working on a Grade II listed mixed-use project for Grosvenor Britain & Ireland in Westminster.
Her final year project at university consisted of designing a ‘Feminist School of Integration’ in the heart of Manchester. The main concept was to raise awareness of the refugee crisis and create a space to aid and support the transition of refugees, migrants, and asylum seekers into society. Through the project she has gained a great interest in community architecture that involves building users throughout the design process.
