Bedford Station

Stations along the Thameslink route were to have been upgraded where required to handle a more frequent service and trains of up to 12 cars in length. Bedford Station is the northern terminus of the Thameslink route.

The project was given planning permission before being suspended as part of governmental spending cuts in 2010.
