Timber Square is a new kind of workplace, one that puts innovation and material responsibility at its core. By championing the use and re-use of low-carbon materials, it sets a new benchmark for responsible, future-focused design.
At Timber Square, the interior design continues the architectural story, translating the project’s Net Zero Carbon ambitions into spaces that feel human, inspiring, and authentic. Every element reflects a commitment to doing efficiency and restraint where environmental responsibility and design excellence go hand in hand.
The design embraces the site’s industrial heritage, retaining and revealing layers of history to create a rich, tactile experience. In the Print Building, the dialogue between old and new comes alive with raw textures and refined details that work together to celebrate the character of the original structure.
Environmental performance guided every decision. Self-finished materials were chosen to minimise waste and highlight the building’s original features. Each new material was carefully selected for its circularity, recycled content, and verified sustainable credentials, shaping spaces that are warm, textured, and deeply connected to their purpose.
The result is more than a workplace. The result is a tactile, human-scaled environment that brings Timber Square’s ethos to life. Every surface, junction, and material choice tells a story of thoughtful design and long-term value, proof that beauty and responsibility can coexist, naturally.
