Holly Baines

Holly joined the practice in 2023 and is currently working on 35 Fountain Street, a commercial project in Manchester involving the refurbishment of an existing office building and the addition of a hybrid timber and steel extension. She has experience across a wide range of sectors, including education, commercial, residential and masterplan developments, and has developed a strong interest in complex heritage projects through extensive involvement with listed buildings.

Holly is an active member of the Sustainability team and has led the development of a physical low-impact materials library within the Manchester studio, supporting informed decision-making within the practice by promoting environmentally responsible material selection.
