Alastair joined Bennetts Associates in 2011, as part of the team that delivered the award winning St Antony’s College Oxford, and has since been involved with a wide range of cultural, commercial, regeneration and infrastructure projects. After completing his Part III qualification at the Bartlett School of Architecture he oversaw the completion of the Peel Centre, a new operation and training facility for the Metropolitan Police in North London and is currently working on a new BREEAM Outstanding office development in King’s Cross. Alastair’s approach to design is grounded within a strong belief in architecture’s role in enhancing the everyday and is passionate about the benefits of collaboration between disciplines within the construction industry. He enjoys playing an active role in the practice’s wellbeing and participates in a number of practice working groups.
Outside of work, Alastair is a keen painter when he can find the time, but his real passion is for playing, watching and arguing about sports.
