Gavin Pike
Gavin brings invaluable expertise to the design of office buildings and is currently the Studio Director of our London office. He is responsible for a transformational masterplan project in central London consitsting of seven office buildings set within new public realm including an extensive roof garden.
Gavin has recently completed the Apex, the first building of the Tribeca development in Camden to comlete, a laboratory-ready building which has been designed with the flexibility of being able to revert to office or bybrid use. Prior to this, he was responsible for the delivery of Jaguar Land Rover’s award-winning new Global HQ building in Warwickshire and the redevelopment of the London Fruit and Wool Exchange in Spitafields, which involved a complicated façade retention.
Gavin is committed to reducing avoidable error in the construction industry and is a non-executive Director of the Get It Right Initiative (GIRI), a not-for-profit organisation. He was integral in the production of a Design Guide, a GITI best practice document, which aims to reduce error throghout the design process.
Gavin has been at Bennetts Associates for over 19 years and enjoys his involvement with staff training focusing on project management.
